Responsibilities:
Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Lead NCMR disposition and trending Lead customer required information gathering and reports (COA, TDS, PPAP) Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (CARs) Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams on projects and initiatives Maintain quality documentation and records Work with Cross functional Teams to focus on quality efforts, identify root cause, corrective and preventive actions. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Science) or equivalent experience 3-5 years in a quality or manufacturing role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Statistical software preferred) Effective communication and teamwork skills Proven experience in an
ISO 9001
compliant QMS environment. Internal or Lead Auditor certification for
ISO 9001
is highly preferred Proficiency in quality control methodologies, such as ISO 9001 and statistical process control (SPC). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with quality management systems and tools. Ability to interpret and analyze technical data.
