- Role can be based at either the Plainville, MA, Greenville, NC, or Toronto (Mississauga), Canada site.

- + Working in a highly matrixed organization, you will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Sustainability teams to deliver scalable solutions that support both operational excellence and environmental goals.

Success:
- Education
- + Requires a Bachelor's Degree, and advance degree is highly preferred.
Preferred Fields of Study:
Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or related technical discipline, or Business Administration. +Preferred:
Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) - ASQ, Six Sigma or Lean certification. + Experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medical device).- Experience
- + 6-8 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management in a manufacturing environment or highly regulatory industry required.
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- + Strong business acumen with ability to analyze performance metrics and drive operational improvements + Excellent communication and presentation skills in English + Proficiency with business systems (MS Office, CMMS such as Maximo, SAP, Blue Mountain, or similar platforms) + Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization across multiple sites and functions + Ability to travel 30-50% globally + Valid passport required for international travel •Benefits•We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus scheme, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits!
- Compensation
- The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.
