Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Inspire, mentor, and grow a diverse team of validation engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Project Oversight:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex CQV projects ensuring they meet quality, regulatory, and timeline expectations.

Process Optimization:

Implement and continuously improve validation processes, tools, and documentation practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as the primary liaison between the validation team, clients, and cross-functional internal teams including PMO, R D, QA, and Customer Success.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all validation activities comply with GxP and ISO standards, and client specifications.

Resource Management:

Manage team capacity, recruitment, and development plans to meet growing business demands.

Strategic Contribution:

Provide input to the company's validation strategy and participate in shaping the future roadmap of Eupry's compliance services.
