Responsibilities We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment uptime, safety, and performance in a manufacturing environment. This role leads preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as a technical resource supporting reliable and efficient operations. What You'll Do Lead safety and reliability initiatives across manufacturing and facility equipment. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Analyze downtime, failures, and performance trends and lead corrective actions. Maintain accurate equipment documentation and maintenance records. Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements. Partner with Operations and Maintenance teams to solve equipment issues. Lead TPM, 6S, and continuous improvement efforts. Assist with technical training and knowledge development. Qualifications What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or a related field Experience with reliability engineering tools, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
Preferred:
TPM, CMRT, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) OSHA safety training
