BAE Systems Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business area is seeking a Program Quality Engineer in the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) Product Line. You can help our teams solve some of the most complex technical security and intelligence challenges - all while growing your own career. In this job, you will: Support a high volume production program as Program Quality Engineer. Provide Technical and Quality expertise and foster a "Quality First" culture within ACES Product Line. Oversee Quality efforts across manufacturing, supply chain, and programmatic matters. Interface with end customer for audits, product acceptance, and program requirements. Serve as Quality Stakeholder for Lifecycle Management Reviews, Design Reviews, Configuration Control Board (CCB). Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical discipline and 2+ years work experience or 6+ years of experience in lieu of degree Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance Must be able to obtain

clearance Possess strong communication and presentation skills to facilitate effective communication at all levels of the organization and across customers and partner communities Is a visible, influential engineer who takes a collaborative approach with others and comes across as approachable; can diffuse high-tension situations effectively Relates well with individuals at all levels of the organization and builds effective relationships within BAE Systems and across customer base. Experiene or knowledge of Root Cause / Corrective Action (RCCA) Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field Prior Quality Engineering Experience Active Secret / Top Secret Clearance Defense Contracting / Production Program Experience

Experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$79365 - $134921 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
