BAE Systems Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business area is seeking a Program Quality Engineer in the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) Product Line. In this job, you will: Support a high volume production program as Program Quality Engineer. Provide Technical and Quality expertise and foster a "Quality First" culture within ACES Product Line. Oversee Quality efforts across manufacturing, supply chain, and programmatic matters. Interface with end customer for audits, product acceptance, and program requirements. Serve as Quality Stakeholder for Lifecycle Management Reviews, Design Reviews, Configuration Control Board (CCB). Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical discipline and 2+ years work experience or 6+ years of experience in lieu of degree Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance Must be able to obtain

Experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

$79365 - $134921 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
