Job Description:
Senior Quality Engineer Morristown, NJ area We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, product acceptance, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners with customers, suppliers, FAA representatives, and internal teams to ensure products and processes meet all quality and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and field returns; lead root cause and corrective action activities. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. Perform customer-delegated product acceptance activities (DQR, DMIR, or similar). Coordinate supplier quality activities with Supply Chain. Support FAA, customer, and regulatory audits and inspections. Lead quality improvement initiatives and support new product introductions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience. Product Acceptance experience required Experience with audits, corrective actions, and quality systems. Aerospace industry experience Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
