Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Quality Engineer at their manufacturing site in Philadelphia, PA. This position is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet internal quality standards as well as customer, regulatory, and industry requirements. The shift is Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. In this role, you'll work closely with Quality Control and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement, minimize defects, and resolve quality issues using structured, data-driven approaches. What you'll do: Lead root cause analysis & CAPA efforts for nonconformances and customer issues Support NPI activities including FMEA, control plans, and validation Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives Support audits and ensure compliance with QMS (ISO 9001 or similar)
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field 2+ years of quality engineering or related experience Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) Strong data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools) Strong communication and collaboration skills
