Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain quality plans, systems, and documentation to meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards Provide hands-on support on the manufacturing floor, resolving real-time quality issues and supporting production teams Perform inspections and utilize measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure product quality and compliance Lead audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions to improve processes and maintain

QMS Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment Hands-on inspection experience using calipers and micrometers; strong understanding of measurement techniques Experience with audits, QMS (ISO or similar), and root cause analysis methodologies Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
