job summary: Plant Engineer wanted in Linden, NJ! Join Our Client, a top energy O&M provider committed to operational excellence. You need an Engineering degree (or power gen background) and TWIC eligibility. Step up to drive reliability and lead strategic projects in a dynamic facility!
location:
Linden, New Jersey job type: Permanent salary: $150,000 - 190,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead plant reliability initiatives by managing predictive maintenance, analyzing performance data, and conducting thorough root cause analyses to prevent outages.

Direct water treatment and production programs to ensure strict adherence to operational standards and regulatory compliance.

Manage the full lifecycle of capital improvement and strategic projects, taking charge of budgeting, RFP evaluations, and vendor oversight.

Coordinate comprehensive outage planning and execution, providing technical oversight and resource allocation to minimize downtime.

Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions, preventative measures, and continuous improvement strategies across all plant operations.
