What You Will Do The Engineering and Technology Maturation (ETM) Program Office is seeking a Program Manager 3 (Non-Technical) to provide senior-level operational, administrative, and business program management support across ETM mission areas. Reporting to and supporting the ETM Project-Program Director, this position serves as a principal integrator for ETM program operations. The role operates with a high degree of independence to plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate complex operational activities, ensuring program alignment with Laboratory policies, federal requirements, and ETM objectives. ETM resides under the Associate Laboratory Director for Weapon Physics (ALDX) and advances the nation's ability to rapidly design, produce, qualify, and certify nuclear weapons by maturing technologies, testing capabilities, and mission-enabling infrastructure.
