Job Description

We are seeking a Service Engineer with pharmaceutical QC laboratory experience to support calibration, maintenance, qualification, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments in a cGMP environment. This role will support capital projects, equipment lifecycle management, preventative maintenance, and compliance activities for Quality Control Labs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field 3-5 years of QC laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical industry Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11 Experience with
HPLC/UPLC
systems such as Waters Empower or Perkin Elmer TotalChrom preferred Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, calibrate, qualify, and troubleshoot QC lab instruments Prepare SOPs, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and maintenance documentation Coordinate with QA, vendors, and internal teams for repairs and compliance activities Support capital projects and instrument lifecycle management Ensure laboratory operations remain compliant with FDA GMP regulations Preferred experience includes Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and capital project support.
Pay:
$50.00 - $65.00 per hour
