What You'll Do As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products and processes meet the highest standards:

Analyze manufacturing processes and components using structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions Build and maintain strong customer relationships , ensuring quality and delivery expectations are consistently exceeded Support new model launches , ensuring compliance with
ISO/IATF
standards Lead and support APQP activities , including PPAPs, FMEAs, Control Plans , and other customer-driven quality requirements Serve as a key quality resource for customers, suppliers, and internal plant teams Develop and improve processes that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

A 4-year degree (engineering or related field preferred) Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Hands-on quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, SPC, root cause analysis, and core quality tools A proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes and performance Why Join This Team?
