Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be vital in ensuring that our production processes and components consistently meet both customer expectations and stringent regulatory guidelines. You will enhance manufacturing efficiency by overseeing quality assurance, analyzing defect trends, initiating corrective actions, and fostering a culture of ongoing improvement within the production team. Uphold and reinforce adherence to
ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
standards. Innovate and refine procedures to bolster quality and environmental systems. Diagnose process issues to improve efficiency and root out failure modes. Act as the primary liaison for addressing customer quality concerns and feedback. Verify product design accuracy through careful drawing reviews. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to product and supplier quality. Conduct internal audits to pinpoint areas for corrective and preventive measures. Create and update detailed work instructions and process documents. Utilize advanced problem-solving strategies to tackle quality and supplier challenges. Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve overall plant objectives. Engage in the rollout and validation of both new and existing product lines. Spearhead and contribute to projects focused on process improvement. Produce insightful statistical analyses and reports as necessary. Support health and safety programs ensuring a secure workplace for all personnel. Requirements Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a quality-focused role. Demonstrated analytical and interpersonal prowess. Proficient in both written and verbal communication. Deep experience with ISO 9001 or comparable management frameworks.
