At Bosch, you change lives. Job Description What You Will Do You will be responsible for leading and implementing quality improvements projects and deployment of quality Core Tools. Enhance product quality and drive operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in quality management, process improvement and problem-solving methodology at Manufacturing facility. How You Will Do It Lead Quality improvement
Projects:
Manage and execute problems solving projects aimed at main KPI's (Internal and External) and focus on customer complaints reduction.
Core Tools Implementation:
Lead the implementation and management of quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) across the manufacturing organization.
Process Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
Training and Mentorship:
Provide training and mentorship to team members on problem solving methodologies, application of quality 14Q basics and core tools.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of process improvements.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of process changes, improvements, quality processes, procedures and project outcomes.
Performance Metrics:
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvements.
Compliance:
Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, promoting best practices, innovative solutions and developing roads maps quality.
Qualifications What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Minimum of 3 years' work experience in manufacturing process. Leading
A3/8D / DMAIC
experience Experience in QMS System with
ISO 9001
