• Danfoss is currently hiring a Quality Engineering Intern to join our team at our Shawnee, OK location. We are looking for an engineering student who is eager to apply their skills to real-world challenges. In this role, you will work to identify the root causes of defects, implement process improvements, and see your work translate into reduced scrap and increased efficiency.
• What You'll Be Doing
• + Conduct root cause analysis on production defects (8D, Fishbone). + Implement corrective actions with manufacturing and supplier teams. + Analyze quality data to drive improvements. + Support projects to reduce defects and cycle time. + Document and standardize quality processes. + Observe and improve processes on the factory floor.
• What We're Looking For
• + Pursuing an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.). + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Interest in manufacturing and quality. + Proficient in Excel or data analysis. + Clear and effective communicator.
