• Danfoss is currently hiring for a Senior Quality Engineer at our Shawnee, OK facility.
• What You'll Be Doing
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement quality control procedures, monitor production processes, and identify areas for improvement; conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations; act as supervisor/ambassador for young Quality Engineers helping them to apply standard quality methods.

Duties:

customer claim handling and customer communication; supervisor for other plant Quality Engineers in terms of customer claim handling; cross function team management in regard to problem solving internal and external; develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products and processes meet quality standards and requirements; conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations; analyze data and identify areas for improvement in product design, production processes, and quality control procedures; work with suppliers to ensure that their products and processes meet our quality standards and requirements; and coaching the employees on various topics related to internal processes, inspections, and problem-solving.

• What We're Looking For
• + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Technology + 5 years experience as a Quality Engineer in Hydraulics environments + 5 years experience with quality control procedures and industry standards (i.

e., ISO 9001, IATF) + 5 years experiencewith statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies, 8D root cause + 5 years experiencewith S/D/P-FMEA, Control Plans, Capability Studies, SAP and MSA + Fluency in written/spoken Spanish
