You will leverage your expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and data-driven problem solving to optimize production reliability and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive inspection protocols and testing plans to ensure product consistency throughout the lifecycle. Lead process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis to eliminate manufacturing inefficiencies. Maintain and audit QMS documentation to ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9120 standards. Perform critical AS9102 First Article Inspections and validate technical specifications against engineering drawings. Utilize advanced statistical tools and AQL sampling methodologies to monitor process variability and mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into new product development and supply chain operations. Foster a culture of safety and quality accountability while providing technical guidance to production staff. Qualifications Required Skills Associate degree or higher in a STEM discipline. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering. Deep proficiency in QMS compliance (ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9120). Expertise in interpreting GD&T symbols, coordinate systems, and engineering schematics. Hands-on experience with CMM equipment and associated inspection software. Preferred Skills Proven track record of implementing successful corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Strong analytical mindset for identifying trends and root causes in complex data sets. Excellent communication skills for managing supplier and customer quality requirements.
