Quality Engineer Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled and process-driven Quality Engineer Analyst to join a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Role Overview:
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensuring products meet strict industry and regulatory standards. The role also provides leadership support to the on-site Quality team and plays a key role in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze quality data and metrics to improve QMS effectiveness and compliance Conduct routine audits to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards Maintain quality documentation including process maps, procedures, and work instructions Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives Drive improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis Develop and execute inspection plans and quality assurance protocols Perform inspections and testing on in-process and finished goods Apply statistical tools and sampling methods (AQL) to monitor process variation Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams on quality requirements Support new product and process introductions with quality integration Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues Provide training on QMS procedures and quality best practices Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections Support safety documentation and promote a safety-first culture
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9120, ISO 13485 preferred) Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications Experience with statistical quality tools and inspection equipment (CMM preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
