We are partnering with a growing, highly specialized manufacturing company seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. This organization is known for producing precision-engineered products and maintaining high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. They are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
Support and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) Investigate quality concerns and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions Partner with Engineering, Production, Program Management, and Purchasing teams to ensure quality standards are met Support new product introductions and ensure smooth transition into production Conduct internal audits and assist with corrective and preventive action programs Analyze product failures and customer complaints and recommend solutions Assist with supplier quality initiatives, audits, and performance improvement efforts Develop and support quality training programs Prepare quality reports and documentation Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Kaizen, and 5S activities Support Quality Inspectors and manufacturing teams in maintaining compliance and product quality Assist with reverse engineering and verification of customer-supplied products and drawings What's In It for

Have:
Minimum 5 years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment Minimum 3 years working in an ISO-certified environment Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and corrective actions Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Solid computer proficiency and reporting skills
The Musts:
Manufacturing quality experience ISO environment experience Root cause analysis and corrective action experience Audit experience Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail
Preferred:
Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering degree Manufacturing Engineering experience CMM knowledge and inspection equipment experience Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S experience Plastics manufacturing experience Supplier quality experience
