Do:

Support Electrical Panel and Device manufacturing teams by developing Build Inspection Plans and investigating build‑related issues Communicate issues and resolutions to Design Engineering; track closure through PCRs Research issues using 3D models, drawings, and engineering systems Maintain strong communication with design engineering and product definition teams Advise manufacturing leadership and hourly workforce on engineering issues Update engineering documentation per change‑management practices Support root‑cause analysis and proper issue closure Participate in design reviews, first article inspections, and daily pulse meetings

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, OR Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing and/or engineering experience Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and 3D models Basic understanding of electronics is required as a minimum Comfortable working in a shop‑floor environment Exceptional knowledge of NCR and Gage Cal processes

Hardware/Software Proficiency:

Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills Self‑motivated with strong sense of urgency

Desired Skills:

Experience with Oracle, Wilmor, TEEXMA, Zuken, Reliance;

Teamcenter/NX/AWC/VisMockup ERP Systems Knowledge Pay Range:

$65,000 to $75,000 per year Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Erie, PA. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
