Essential Duties and Responsibilities Quality:

Maintains and assists in the use and development of the Quality Management System to the current requirements of

ISO 9001

2015 Performs quality audits to determine product and process conformance. Maintains facility quality records including Corrective Actions, documented audits, and non-conforming material log as required by

ISO 9001

2015. Maintains working knowledge of quality assurance codes and standards. Works with Purchasing, Operations, and Supplier Quality to record and solve Supplier issues.

General:

Monitors changes to facility operations and processes to determine whether new quality controls are warranted Advises plant management in quality-related matters and recommends improvements as needed Maintains regular line of communication with corporate office and serves as facility's primary point-of-contact in all quality related topics Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards. Performs other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Strong reading comprehension and technical writing skills Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, standards, specifications, and other technical documents Ability to utilize precision measuring devices to determine product conformance with standards Organization and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field; or three to five years of relevant and verifiable experience and/or training in quality or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with quality assurance in a manufacturing environment Has or can obtain relevant training and certifications from accepted sources, such as ASQ, etc. Experience with or ability to learn navigation of an ERP system, particularly
