Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support and enhance quality engineering and assurance within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Our team values expertise in risk assessment, process improvement, and sustaining regulatory compliance to ensure outstanding product quality.

Responsibilities:

Execute low to medium complexity quality engineering tasks supporting manufacturing quality systems, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfers. Assist with risk assessments such as Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and contribute to process development and design transfer activities. Conduct process validation protocols, support production builds, analyze related data, and initiate validation-driven process improvements. Investigate nonconformances, perform root cause analyses, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions, and ensure compliance through detailed process audits.

Required:

High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent, or no prior experience required with a Bachelor's Degree. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, Excel, and knowledge of quality/process methodologies; exposure to SAP preferred. Demonstrated experience with process monitoring, risk assessment, technical documentation, and CAPA methodologies.
