Full Job Description Quality Engineer Location:
Export, PA Base Salary Range:
$100K•105K base Join a leading industrial manufacturing organization producing highly engineered components used in regulated gas and fluid flow applications, where product quality, reliability, and compliance are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer quality issue resolution, including root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA) Manage production quality through MRB, non-conforming material, and error-proofing initiatives Partner with suppliers to drive quality improvements and corrective actions Support QMS, audits, and maintain site certifications and audit readiness Utilize quality tools including PPAP, SPC, gage R&R, and process controls Track and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives Act as a cross-functional liaison across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field 5+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment Broad exposure to customer quality, supplier quality, production quality, and quality systems Strong knowledge of QMS, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies Experience interpreting technical drawings and working with metrology/calibration Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), PMP, and/or ISO Auditor certification are strong pluses If you're interested in the Quality Engineer position, don't wait, apply now!
