Conduct in-process audits; when defects occur, align with the production supervisor on standards and specification requirements. Drive continuous improvement to protect the integrity of Reading's product quality, manufacturing, certification, and release activities. Audit final inspection to confirm every unit meets customer requirements and Reading engineering drawings, standards, and specifications. Lead and assist problem-solving using 8D, 5 Why, and other root-cause methods to prevent recurrence. Investigate and help resolve customer quality issues and complaints. Support and participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with the rollout and sustainment of Reading's QMS. Perform other duties as required or directed by management.
