Refresh at 21 hours ago 9 views Job Responsibilities ?Develop and maintain work instructions (WI), SOPs, and process flow documentation ?Lead new product introduction (NPI) process setup and validation ?Develop product test plans and define test procedures ?Support and maintain production test equipment (functional testers, fixtures, basic diagnostics) ?Monitor in-process quality and outgoing quality performance ?Investigate production defects and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions ?Improve yield, UPH, and overall process efficiency ?Support basic fixture or tooling improvements ?Work closely with production, maintenance, and headquarters engineering teams Job Requirements ?Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field ?2+ years of manufacturing or production support experience (SMT/PCBA/Assembly preferred) ?Familiarity with basic testing methods and quality control tools ?Able to read and understand technical documents ?Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills ?Proficient in Microsoft Excel ?Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Required Languages English Job Details Position type Quality management/testing Experience 3～5 years Share Share
