12 Months + extensions Required Skills & Experience 1-3 years of experience coming from a GMP environment Internship or work experience within quality Strong experience working with excel and Microsoft office Nice to Have Skills & Experience Power BI APR exp EVT exp Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Associate Quality Engineer for a large consumer packaged goods client. This candidate will join their CMQ organization that oversees their CMO and external partners. Their oversite is doubling over the course of the year which is why they are looking for candidates to help grow the team. Candidate will partner with their Senior Quality Engineers to support on data analytics, data monitoring, APRs, and investigations support. This is an onsite, 3 days a week role in Princeton, NJ. 1. Support Contract Manufacturer (CM)
Performance Monitoring Program:
1. Partner with CM to collect and monitor performance data against KPIs to ensure adherence to quality requirements. 2. Maintain scorecards and PowerBI tools. 3. Collect and provide consumer complaint data with respective CMs 4. Provide scorecard information to Compliance as needed. 2. Support Annual Product Review (APR) process 3. Provide CM's with required data for APR completion. 4. Manage Internal process for approval and filing of APRs 5. Support on Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/
Corrective and Preventive Action:
6. Track investigation completion and corrective action implementation with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders. 7. General Quality Support 8. Manage the communication with potential new CMs regarding the due diligence questionnaire (Send, follow up, receive and file) Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Compensation:
$23hr to $27hr
