Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Definition and Configuration Documentation:
Define gaps and create implementation documentation.

Develop and document quality organizational structures.

Explore and utilize customer/supplier plants/parts.

Review reports and manage vendor/brand/partner fields for data tracking.
Failure Master Data Configuration:
Configure and manage failure master data.

Develop and execute quality-related tasks, including reacting to critical questions and applying actions in problem-solving processes.

Control Plans and Inspection Plans (CPIP):

Track operations requiring inspection and define quality inspection characteristics.

Ensure compliance with control and inspection plans throughout the production process.

FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis):

Identify potential defects before production.

Enhance functional safety, product reliability, and minimize warranty claims and costs.
Workflows and Reports Configuration Guidance:
Define approver assignments and administrative details.

Guide the configuration of workflows and reports.
Solution Configuration Guidance:
Provide guidance on solution configuration, testing, and maturity reviews.

Oversee packaging, implementation, and post-go-live support.
Post Go-Live Guidance:
Offer configuration support and guidance after go-live to ensure smooth transition and functionality.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in quality engineering with a focus on FMEA, CPIP, and AM.Experience with Teamcenter object model and quality management systems.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in creating and executing quality-related tasks.

Ability to track and manage quality inspection processes and characteristics.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Location:
This position is remote; however, US citizenship is required, preferably based in Michigan.
