Qualifications:

Required Skills & Abilities Strong planning and organizational skills Proven ability to solve complex engineering and equipment-related problems Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills Willingness and ability to work in the field alongside mechanics and operators, including responding to urgent critical equipment issues Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred) 2-4 years of experience in a Reliability Engineering or Reliability Specialist role Previous experience in a maintenance role (Manager, Supervisor, or Technician) strongly preferred Why is This a
