A Weapon Quality Program Engineer leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes, procedures, and applications as part of an effective Weapon Quality Management System (WQMS). They are responsible for developing and maintaining weapon quality documents to ensure they adhere to the required standards and guidelines. In this role, they serve as a point of contact for the Weapon Quality Policy, NAP401.1A, and Defense Programs Business Process System (DPBPS) requirements related to Weapon Quality. Leveraging extensive experience in successfully leading and engaging people, this position utilizes strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication, collaborate effectively, and build consensus among stakeholders.
