Quality Engineer

Ambassador Personnel is actively recruiting a Quality Engineer for a manufacturing client in the Gaffney, SC area. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a stable, growing organization in automotive manufacturing with a strong textiles focus. This is a high-impact, immediate need - we are moving quickly and looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and drive quality improvements right away. This position is primarily onsite and ideal for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, working closely with operations, and making a visible difference.

What You'll Do:

Drive quality initiatives on the manufacturing floor Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA) Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality standards Partner with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve quality issues Manage customer quality concerns and corrective action responses Maintain and improve quality processes and documentation

What We're Looking For:

Experience in quality within a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred) Strong knowledge of root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.) Experience with auditing and quality audit standards (ISO and/or IATF required) Background in textiles, fabrics, or related manufacturing is a strong plus Hands-on, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills If you're a Quality Engineer ready to jump into a role where you can make an immediate impact, apply today - interviews are happening now.
