Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Leadership and team abilities with multi-cultural groups Experience with reading and interpreting Engineering drawings Highly motivated, high energy with a positive outlook Experience in problem solving skills (i.e., 8D, 5Why, etc.) using a variety of statistical and root cause analysis tools and is hands-on throughout the process Excellent verbal and written communications skills with internal and external customers Experience with lean production concepts and tools Flexible working hours, overtime and travel as required

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred or Technical Associates degree with equivalent work experience may be considered. 4+ years of experience in a quality environment (automotive is preferred) High proficiency in GD&T knowledge
