$80,000-$90,000 annually Position Overview A growing manufacturing company in the industrial equipment and materials industry is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to support production quality, process improvement, and manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong shop floor experience who enjoys working closely with production teams, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing quality systems, technical data analysis, and dimensional inspection processes. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and report technical and dimensional quality data Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Use measuring equipment to inspect products and verify specifications Support troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing and production issues Assist with process validations and continuous improvement activities Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality standards Maintain quality documentation and reporting records Support root cause analysis and corrective actions Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards Qualifications Previous experience in a hands-on manufacturing quality role required Strong shop floor manufacturing experience preferred Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency using measuring and inspection equipment Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and quality concerns Process validation experience preferred Experience with Minitab is a plus Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $80,000-$90,000 annually Health and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off starting Day One accrual Employer-paid life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Additional PTO after 5 years of service
