About the Role As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will lead efforts to uphold rigorous manufacturing standards and drive continuous improvement across our production lines. You will utilize your expertise in automotive quality systems to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and seamless product launches. Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of new product launches, including documentation and submission through OEM portals. Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and corrective action using 8D, 5Y, and Ishikawa methodologies. Perform dimensional layouts and evaluate prototypes using GD&T standards to ensure compliance. Execute AIAG core tools including PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA to maintain process stability.
