This role will focus on process optimization, problem-solving, productivity improvements, and technical leadership across film casting operations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of extrusion engineering experience Experience in medical device manufacturing required Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and root cause problem-solving methodologies Proven ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and improve productivity, capacity, and process performance Experience leading projects, team initiatives, and mentoring junior engineers or technical staff Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay:
$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
