Leverage your Bachelor of Science degree along with at least one year of relevant experience to ensure the highest quality in production processes. Applying your knowledge of ISO and/or IATF standards, you will develop and support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) documents, including control plans, PFMEAs, flow charts, and inspection protocols. Your role will be pivotal in achieving quality-related targets and supporting the team to adhere to policy deployment strategies. You will actively engage with operations to ensure seamless integration of quality standards and industry best practices. Employ tools such as Six Sigma and quality management systems to meet industry benchmarks like
ISO/TS16949
2009 and customer specifications. As a problem solver, you will manage and guide teams in addressing customer issues through effective containment strategies and coach teams in executing 8D methodologies. The successful completion of documentation for customer submissions will be one aspect of your contribution. Additionally, you will spearhead initiatives for continuous quality enhancements, align with organizational goals, adhere to codes of conduct, and champion 5S and safety protocols. Occasional travel is required to support and nurture customer relationships. Work with a leading entity in HVAC components, offering immediate engagement and the possibility of full relocation support.
