Quality Engineer Jackson, Tennessee $75,000 - $85,000 Days | Monday - Friday Excellent Benefits Package Key Highlights Monday-Friday day shift schedule Stable and growing manufacturing company Excellent compensation and benefits Customer-facing quality and manufacturing role Opportunity to work with automotive manufacturing processes Strong career growth and long-term stability About the Opportunity A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Engineer to support quality assurance activities, customer relationships, supplier communication, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will play a key role in ensuring product quality, supporting customer requirements, coordinating investigations, and driving quality improvements across the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience within manufacturing quality systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with production, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and improve overall performance. Responsibilities Coordinate quality assurance activities across manufacturing operations Act as a technical liaison between customers, suppliers, production, and management teams Investigate and resolve customer and supplier quality concerns Analyze quality data and communicate findings to internal teams Support continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives Review product specifications, tolerances, and quality requirements Assist with inspections, testing, and product evaluations Maintain quality documentation and reporting systems Monitor customer portals and communicate quality-related updates Support supplier quality activities and vendor performance reviews Prepare reports and present findings to management teams Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience 3+ years of quality experience within manufacturing Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems preferred Automotive manufacturing experience is highly preferred Experience supporting customer quality issues and investigations Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality systems/software Commutable from Jackson, Independence, Spring Creek, Westwood Gardens, Oakfield.
