COPY - Quality Engineer (TN)

Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Quality Engineer to support inspection, rework coordination, and daily customer communication for installation-site quality activities. This individual will lead a small pod team (Quality/Process Technicians and a Test Technician), leverage historical CAPA and defect insights to guide inspections, and serve as the primary liaison between the customer site and internal manufacturing and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable owning daily execution rhythms, reporting, and accountability for quality outcomes.
