We're seeking an I&C Engineer who enjoys hands-on technical work, reverse engineering legacy systems, and solving complex problems in a highly regulated nuclear environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding how systems work at the component level and supporting critical safety-related equipment qualification efforts.

Responsibilities:

Reverse engineer, troubleshoot, and evaluate obsolete or legacy electronic components and systems Support Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD) activities for safety-related (QL1) equipment in accordance with nuclear quality requirements Develop, execute, and document test plans for electronic components and assemblies Design and build test setups and fixtures to support qualification and verification activities Perform failure analysis, diagnostics, repairs, and technical root cause evaluations Interpret test data and produce clear, defensible technical reports for engineering and quality records Ensure all work complies with applicable nuclear codes, standards, and QA requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Nuclear Engineering, or related discipline Hands-on experience with electronic systems troubleshooting, testing, or reverse engineering Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Experience using standard lab and test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, etc.) Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving Comfortable working in a regulated environment where documentation and rigor matter #LI-BB1
