Quality supervisor

Mission:

Ensure the organization of quality tasks between the different stakeholders in the team. Ensure that the quality process is well-maintained and monitored. Ensure that products meet specifications and quality standards through control and verification. Cooperate with departments and ensure the smooth operation and compliance of production and product processes. Process non-conforming products and procedure: Store blocking, identification and separation of non-conforming product. Ensure the application of quality tools (problem solving, statistical tools and data analysis methods) and implementation of improvements following identified defects. Continuously monitor claims and the effectiveness of corrective measures: collection and analysis of non-conformities and complaints identified. Follow-up on preventive and corrective actions. Requirement : Engineering Degree or Bachelor's degree . Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of quality. Good English level, German will be an asset.
