Job Summary:
Assists engineering teams in ensuring products meet safety, regulatory, and company standards by analyzing data, inspecting parts, and supporting root cause investigations.
Major Accountabilities:
Quality Inspection & Testing:
Perform in-process and final inspections, test raw materials, and verify torque/assembly specs.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics (scrap, rework, defects) to identify trends.
Documentation Support:
Revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and update documentation systems.
Problem Solving & Improvement:
Participate in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to solve quality issues.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Support production teams on the manufacturing floor and participate in project brainstorming sessions
Qualification:
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or a related technical field. Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9000), Lean Six Sigma tools, or manufacturing processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools. Strong analytical, communication, and hands-on problem-solving skills
