Control Engineer

Bachelor s degree in a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering fields or related engineering discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 5-7 years of manufacturing experience or entry level candidates will be considered. Experience and/ knowledge of implementing statistical process control on critical product and process attributes Experience and/ knowledge of performing Root Cause and Corrective Action to determine process improvement actions to prevent reoccurrence. Experience coaching and mentoring operators, technicians, supervisors, and others to sustain best practices in quality control 3D modeling experience with NX software desirable The ability to apply logical, methodical reasoning to diagnose and fix issues is highly valued. A crucial expectation is an eagerness to learn new, company-specific technologies and methodologies on the job. Must be able to clearly and concisely explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues. Experience and knowledge in G code, and a level of understanding of the principles of additive manufacturing.
