Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards and procedures.
  • Perform inspections, testing, measurements, and data collection to evaluate product and process quality.
  • Assist with problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support customer quality issues, RMAs, failure analysis, MRRT, and product investigations.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and customer‑facing communications.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Participate in audits, product changes, and quality system activities.
  • Travel to the Montana manufacturing site (~10%) to support manufacturing learning and investigations. Functional Knowledge

  • Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding This is a physically demanding position that often requires standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, the use of hand and power tools.
Additionally, because this position will involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required. ## Qualifications ###

Salary Range:
$65,500.00 - $90,000.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
