Job Description

RCM Lead Reliability Analyst Valiant Integrated Services United States, Texas, El Paso Feb 26, 2026 Valiant is looking for an RCM Lead Reliability Analyst (LRA) to join our team!
ESSENTAIL DUTIES AN RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversight of all RCM (reliability centered maintenance) activities to be performed in accordance with the PWS (Performance Work Statement). Produces routine reports outlined in the PWS and associated documents, such as progress in meeting defined RCM performance milestones, as well as any specialized reports including specific details, data, trends, etc. that may be requested by the government. Primary role of the LRA is the data collection and analysis to assess equipment condition. Identify equipment defect(s), determines defect severity, and provides a work request to the facility maintenance staff specifying the work required to eliminate the defect. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred or a minimum 8+ years of technical management experience required.
Desired Certification:
CMRP certification is a plus.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven ability to utilize root cause analysis techniques for problem solving. Proven ability to develop and implement processes from ground up. Familiar with UpKeep or other CMMS to drive work orders is beneficial. Mechanical and electrical basic tool experience (hand wrenches, torque, caliper, pipe wrenches, power tools, air tools, hydraulic tools) Basic understanding of mechanical assemblies (conveyors, sprockets, belts, pulleys, gearboxes, centrifugal pumps, vacuum pumps) Basic knowledge of electrical components (480V/220V, fuses, relays, contactors, motors) Able to read Hydraulic and Electrical schematics.
PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees. Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
