Responsibilities Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection plans, and testing protocols Support engineering and manufacturing to ensure compliance to quality requirements Design and execute inspection and test methods for materials, processes, and finished products Perform data analysis and root cause investigations for nonconforming products Lead/support CAPA and corrective/preventive actions with proper documentation Support process and test method validation activities Apply statistical methods to evaluate quality performance and process capability Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional quality initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 2+ years of quality, manufacturing, or process engineering experience Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA systems Knowledge of process/test method validation Experience with statistical analysis in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and technical communication skills Preferred Medical device or regulated industry experience Lean Six Sigma experience
