- You will be the Senior Quality Engineer for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control \(MFC\) team in Grand Prairie, TX\. Our team is responsible for pioneering high
- performance air and missile defense, air
- to•air, precision fires, close combat, sustainment, sensors, strike system and energy storage solutions, delivering innovative products that protect our customers' interests\.

- As the Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading quality engineering efforts, developing and implementing quality standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements\. You will work closely with cross
- functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in our processes and products\.

Further Information About This Opportunity:
- This position is in Dallas\.
MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance Ability to travel up to 25% STEM degree at Bachelor's level or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education Must be able to identify and document quality deficiencies and ensure effective corrective action Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems Understanding engineering drawings requirements mechanical and electrical inspection methods •
Desired Skills:
- STEM degree at bachelors level or higher preferred Previous Quality Experience RCCA Analysis Experience Manufacturing Experience Shop floor Experience Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment Must be able to multi

Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.Work Schedules:
- Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
