Full-Time Overview We are seeking a Director / Manager
  • Turbine Performance & Diagnostics to lead a centralized turbine monitoring function supporting a fleet of gas and steam turbines.
This individual will oversee real-time monitoring operations, manage a technical team, and drive reliability improvements through data-driven insights and predictive analytics. Responsibilities Fleet Monitoring & Operations Lead real-time monitoring of turbine performance (temperature, pressure, vibration, etc.) Oversee detection, escalation, and resolution of abnormal operating conditions Manage event response and coordination with field and engineering teams Reliability & Analytics Analyze performance and reliability trends across the fleet Lead root cause investigations and issue reliability advisories Drive predictive maintenance and condition-based monitoring initiatives Support performance optimization and efficiency improvements Leadership Manage, develop, and mentor monitoring and diagnostics engineers Establish procedures for monitoring, alert handling, and escalation Ensure consistent operational coverage and response capability Systems & Strategy Oversee monitoring platforms and data systems (SCADA, historian tools, dashboards) Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and system reliability Lead development of alerting systems and monitoring processes Support digital transformation initiatives related to predictive analytics Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace preferred) 7-10+ years of gas turbine experience (F-class or similar preferred) Experience in monitoring & diagnostics, reliability engineering, or operations Strong understanding of turbine performance, thermodynamics, and rotating equipment Experience with SCADA, DCS, or historian systems (PI or similar) Leadership experience managing teams or technical groups Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred OEM experience (GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.) Experience with predictive maintenance or advanced analytics tools Prior commissioning or field service exposure
