Quality Engineer - Warranty & Project Quality We are seeking a driven and analytical Quality Engineer to support both warranty management and project quality initiatives. This role combines proactive quality planning with hands-on ownership of warranty claims, ensuring issues are thoroughly investigated, resolved, and prevented from recurring. You will work cross-functionally with Project Management, Sales, Engineering, Testing, Field Service, and Quality teams to translate warranty insights into meaningful improvements across products and processes. This role is critical in reducing risk, improving reliability, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of warranty claims, including validation, investigation, root cause analysis, and closure Evaluate warranty data and trends to identify recurring issues and systemic risks Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, etc.) Implement containment actions and corrective solutions, ensuring long-term effectiveness Conduct contract reviews and project risk assessments using historical warranty data Drive cross-functional initiatives focused on warranty reduction and product improvement Act as a technical interface between customers, field service teams, and internal stakeholders Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track warranty performance and project risks Participate in continuous improvement efforts across product design and execution Travel up to approximately 40% as needed Key Accountabilities Maintain clear visibility into warranty performance, trends, and emerging risks Integrate field and customer data into engineering and business decisions Prevent repeat failures by ensuring effective corrective actions Strengthening alignment across design, manufacturing, and field performance Drive cross-functional ownership and accountability for quality outcomes Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field 3-7 years of experience in quality engineering, warranty analysis, or related roles Strong experience with end-to-end warranty processes and root cause analysis Working knowledge of quality tools, data analysis, and reporting systems Experience interpreting quality and warranty data to support decision-making ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification Familiarity with mechanical systems, weldments, and fabrication processes Experience in manufacturing, heavy equipment, or industrial environments Why Join Us Opportunity to directly impact product reliability and customer experience Collaborative, cross-functional work environment Career growth and professional development opportunities Competitive compensation and benefits Job Disclaimer:
