Responsible for participating in the design and implementation of processes relating to the company's quality standards. Works with engineering, manufacturing and supplier quality to trouble shoot errors in product, process deficiencies, and quality system issues. Recommends upgrades to processes and quality systems that are focused on continuous improvement. Analyzes complex product returns, prepares appropriate documentation, and recommends appropriate corrective action. May lead and/or perform internal production and quality control audits. Assures compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards. Responsible for monitoring suppliers ensure that parts received meet requirements. Conducts supplier facility surveys or audit of critical components providers. Knowledge /

Experience:

Sufficient knowledge ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and

IATF 16949

2016. Has a thorough understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, failure analysis techniques, laboratory testing and analysis concepts, and product characteristics for trouble shooting purposes Has knowledge specific to Quality (i.e., certified lead auditor, CQA certification from ASQ) College degree in Engineering or related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree Minimum of three-five years quality control experience within the Semiconductor/Electronics Industry Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and technical procurement practices, principles, and processes
