The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting customer quality, after-sales service, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. This position acts as a bridge between customers, internal teams, factory operations, quality, production, engineering, logistics, sales, and external service partners. The role is designed as one combined position with three potential focus areas: After Sale CRM / Analysis, After Sale Field, and After Sale Projects. Candidate will be determined based on skills, experience, interview performance, and business needs. Responsibilities :
Analyze customer complaints, quality data, issue trends, service history, and repeated problems to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to solve customer issues. Support onsite field service activities, inspections, troubleshooting, repair coordination, and quality verification when required. Coordinate and manage external labor, contractors, or service partners during field activities when assigned. Manage after-sales quality projects, including action plans, timelines, risk tracking, milestone follow-up, and final closure. Balance customer satisfaction, company cost, schedule, quality impact, and business priorities when supporting issue resolution. Achieve high customer satisfaction through frequent communication, timely feedback, accurate reporting, and professional follow-up. Ensure all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the company Code of Business Conduct. Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety rules and company policies. Conduct other duties as required. Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Business Management, or another related technical or business field. Always maintain a professional demeanor Strong leadership abilities and confident, consistent, decisive personality Must be able to work with little supervision, must be self-directed. Desire for innovative thinking and continual learning Excellent negotiating skills. Computer literacy, including effective working skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other reporting tools. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to travel 70% or more when required. Note:
