Quality Engineer The Quality Engineer will support manufacturing and product assurance activities by driving continuous improvement, leading investigations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role works closely with cross?functional teams, customers, and suppliers to maintain high product quality and reliability. Are you looking to make a career change to a stable company? Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 5+ years of quality engineering experience in medical, military, or aerospace environments. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast?paced setting. Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Familiarity with AS9100 and

ISO 9001

quality management systems. Skilled in root cause analysis, problem?solving, and corrective/preventive action implementation. Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) and nonconforming material control. Ensure the overall quality of manufactured products. Implementing action plans, and providing resources. Document all technical procedures and user guides. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Deadline and detail-oriented.
